Part I: UNLOOP MORGAN Website Terms of Service

Part II: UNLOOP MORGAN Terms of Service for UNLOOP ID

Applies to the UNLOOP ID Account System (https://id.unloopstudio.com/) and associated identity layers.

2.1) Cooperative Operation

The UNLOOP ID ecosystem is a unified identity resolution layer jointly provided, managed, and operated by UNLOOP STUDIO (https://www.unloopstudio.com/) and UNLOOP MORGAN. These terms, along with the Privacy Policy, govern your master web registry profile and its integration with our wider framework.

2.2) Account Creation and Security

Eligibility: To create an UNLOOP ID, you must provide accurate and complete information.
Authentication: UNLOOP ID acts as the global software profile identity, seamlessly linking cross-platform profiles (e.g., Roblox OAuth, Google OAuth) to unify your experience across all standalone web services within our ecosystem.
Security Responsibilities: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your UNLOOP ID is your responsibility.

2.3) Identity Tiering and External Linking

The AXiS Framework: We utilize a Lazy Merging Account Architecture. Anonymous in-game identifiers (AXiS IDs) are mathematically generated and require no central database lookups.
Voluntary Merging: Upgrading to a master UNLOOP ID is entirely voluntary. By linking an external platform (such as your Roblox account) to your UNLOOP ID, you authorize our central database to transform anonymous data points into a dynamic pointer redirect layer.
Moderation and Cascading: If your account is subjected to administrative action (e.g., a ban via the AXiS CLI), the framework may apply restrictions across all alternate accounts linked to your master UNLOOP ID to neutralize malicious activity.

2.4) Termination of Account

UNLOOP MORGAN and UNLOOP STUDIO reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your UNLOOP ID at our sole discretion, without notice, if we determine you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or compromised the security of our network.

Part III: UNLOOP MORGAN Universal Terms of Use for Open-Source Software

Applies to designated official, main-branch software applications, desktop software, Luau scripts, and web development frameworks released under the UNLOOP MORGAN open-source banner.

3.1) Scope of the Universal Terms

Please note that not all open-source software distributed by UNLOOP MORGAN utilizes these Universal Terms. These Universal Terms apply strictly to the main branch of designated software applications and desktop software officially published and maintained by UNLOOP MORGAN that explicitly adopt them.

Forked Branches: Any forked, modified, or unofficial branches created, distributed, or hosted by third parties are explicitly outside the control of UNLOOP MORGAN. We accept no responsibility, liability, or obligation for the performance, security, or data handling practices of modified software.

3.2) Download Agreement and Open-Source Licenses

Acceptance Upon Download: The moment you download, clone, or install any software operating under these terms, you formally accept and agree to both these Universal Terms and the UNLOOP MORGAN Privacy Policy.
The LICENSE File: Each piece of open-source software distributed by UNLOOP MORGAN is governed by its specific open-source license (such as the MIT License, Apache 2.0, GPL-3.0, or AGPL-3.0). The exact license governing any given software is prominently listed inside the LICENSE file within its respective GitHub repository.
License Compliance: By downloading, installing, modifying, or distributing our software, you agree to strictly follow the terms and conditions outlined in that specific software's LICENSE file. In the event of a conflict between these Universal Terms and the specific open-source license provided in the repository, the open-source license shall take precedence regarding the legal copyright, modification, and distribution of the source code.

3.3) Data Collection and Privacy Promises

In strict adherence to our core development philosophy and our overarching Privacy Policy:

Software operating under these Universal Terms is engineered to function with minimal data overhead.
No Sensitive Data: Our officially distributed open-source software and desktop applications will not collect, process, or transmit sensitive personal data.
Transparency: Our codebases are open for public audit. The community is encouraged to verify our data routing and execution hierarchies via our public GitHub repositories.

3.4) Liability and “As-Is” Provision

The open-source software and desktop applications are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. In no event shall UNLOOP MORGAN, its lead developers, or contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability—whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise—arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

3.5) Integration with External Platforms

When utilizing our open-source software, Luau scripts, or web frameworks in conjunction with third-party platforms (such as Roblox, macOS environments, or specific web hosting servers), you are solely responsible for ensuring that your implementation complies with the respective platform's Terms of Service, privacy guidelines, and community standards.

Part IV: UNLOOP MORGAN Terms of Force Majeure Events

Applies to all services provided by UNLOOP MORGAN during any failure or delay caused by force majeure.

4.1) Force Majeure

UNLOOP MORGAN will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms of Service and Use if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These include acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, labour disputes, interruptions in telecommunications or internet services, and other force majeure events. In these situations, our obligations will be suspended until the event has passed.
